McNamara분석법에 의한 한국 성장기아동 정상교합자의 두부 방사선 계측학적 연구

Abstract
결론
성장기 아동의 부정교합 분석 및 진단에 이용되는 McNamara 분석법을 이용하여 안모가
단정하고 정상교합을 갖는 8세부터 12세까지의 성장기 아동의 측모 두부 방사선 규격사진을
촬영하여 10개 항목에 대하여 통계학적으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
1. McNamara 분석법에 의하여 한국인 성장기 아동의 연령군별, 남녀별 두부방사선 규격
사진 계측치의 기준치를 설정하였다.
2. 같은 연령군에서 남자의 Effective Maxillary Length, Effective Mandibular Length,
Nasion Perpendicular에 대한 Pog, Mx.1 to A의 값이 유의성있게 증가하였다. Mandibular
Plane Angle은 여자가 더 큰 값을 보여 여자에서 하악 하연이 더 경사진 것으로 나타났다.
3. 각 계측치는 연령이 증가함에 따라 증가하였는데 Nasion Perpendicular to A, Mn.1 to
A-Po, Facial Axis Angle, Mandibular Plane Angle, Effective Maxiltary Length, Effective
Mandibular Length, Lower Ant.Facial Height간이 유의성있게 증가하였다.
4. McNamara가 제시한 백인 성장기 아동의 기준치에 비해 Effective Maxillary length,
Effective mandidular length가 더 작았으며, 하악 전치는 약간 더 전방위치하며 Mandibular
Plane Angle은 더 커서 하악 하연이 더 경사진 것과 Facial Axis Angle이 더 작아
Gnathion이 더 후방위치해 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was performed by McNarama analysis used for analysis and diagnosis of
malocclusion of the growing children. The cephalometric radiograms were taken from
the growing children at the 8 to 12 years old that consist of 50 males and 50 females
with normal occlusion and acceptable profile and 10 items were statistically analysed.
The result of this study were as follows :
1. The cephalometric standard measurements of the Korean growing children by age
and sex were established by McNarama analysis.
2. All measurements were great in male dominantly, but the mandibular angle was
greater in female indicating more steep mandibular inferior border.
3. Increasing with age, the measurements were increased especially in the Nasion
Perpendicular to A,Mn.1 to A-Po, Facial Axis Angle, Mandibular Plane Angle, Effective
Mandibular Length, Effective Maxillary Length, and Lower Ant.Facial Height.
4. Compared with the standard measurements of the growing Caucasian suggested by
McNarama, the Mx-Mn length was smaller, the lower anterior teeth was located to
more anterior slightly, the mandibular angle was so great that mandibular inferior border
was steeper, and the facial axis angle was so small that Gnathion was located
posteriorly.
